Store Manager: Progressed through training stages and promoted to management. Responsibilities included, short-term assignments as bridge management, trouble-shooting problem installations and training in-store staff.
By the time of departure, was responsible for an increase in sales volume from $2 million to over $3 million in one year's time. Store loss was also reduced to a check-out audit of .07% an amount far below any pervious experience for that store.
