Scope Of Service Experience

Began his Real Estate career as a Real Estate Researcher for Republic Appraisal Company Inc. He eventually became a full time Commercial Real Estate Appraiser specializing in the valuation of Industrial and Office Real Estate assets assisting customers like Ocean Bank, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) under the mentorship of Gabriel M. Garcia-Menocal Sr., MAI and Augusto Fonte, CCIM. In 1994 Gabriel worked as a Project Manager for East Little Havana Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization where he was responsible for the construction of several Residential projects including a 16-unit apartment condominium and a 26-unit townhouse development project within the span of 14 months. In late 1995 he joined DiGiacomo Group, Inc., a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm where under the guidance of Stephen J. DiGiacomo, SIOR, he became one of the top producers of the company by his third year. In 2003 he joined his partner Lucia Custer at Power House Realty where he eventually became an SIOR. Today Gabriel continues to work with Lucia Custer as an Industrial Team for NAI Miami. Together they assist clients with: Acquisition and Disposition, Tenant/Buyer and/or Landlord/Seller representation of Industrial, Office and/or Institutional Real Estate assets. He also advices clients with all aspects of the Development Process.
