Scope Of Service Experience

Christian Johannsen started his real estate career over 40 years ago, and has developed, managed, leased, syndicated and financed all types of commercial real estate. To date, he has been responsible for the placement of over $3.5 billion in real estate and capital markets transactions. In addition to his transactional responsibilities, he has overseen the complete underwriting, structuring of joint ventures and Blue Sky registration in connection with some of those transactional assignments.

As Executive Vice President and COO of three divisions of savings and loans, Mr. Johannsen was also responsible for the asset management and disposition of a $200.M portfolio located in seven states
