Colliers Abood Wood-Fay since May 2004, where serves as a Commercial Associate in the Brokerage Services Division. Her primary focus is on tenant representation, specializing in the West Dade Office Market.

Capital Realty Services, Sales Associate where she represented the Landlord in leasing approximately 400,000 sf of office space in the submarkets of Kendall, Airport West, Coral Gables, South Beach and Hollywood. Additionally, Ms. Tenn has represented tenants in over 37,000 sf of office space lease transactions, and nearly $1,000,000 in real estate sales. Prior to becoming a Sales Associate, she performed market research and real estate marketing with CRESA Partners.
