NAI Miami: Miami, FL, Director, July 2003 - Present. Since Joining NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide, Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide, Brandon Weiss has been involved in many facets of commercial brokerage sales and leasing, which include retail, office, industrial and investment properties, specializing in Retail tenant and Landlord representation. As an exclusive tenant representative I work with national franchises, regional franchises and local retailers in conduction market research and analysis, organizing site tours, performing site analysis and selection as well as negotiate letters of intent and leases. I have completed over 100 transactions, with an aggregate lease value of over $46,000,000. As an exclusive Landlord representative, I am responsible for over 300,000 SF of retail space, comprised of Power Centers, Neighborhood Centers and Strip Centers. I have assisted in the purchase and sale of several properties and the development of a 25,000 SF retail center. In addition, I represent national and local businesses in leasing of office space.

Transactional work consisted of drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial lease agreements, residential purchase and sale agreements, preparing closing statements for residential purchases and mortgage refinancing, drafting deeds and liens, reviewing mortgages, promissory notes, conducting residential real estate closings, drafting articles of incorporation and shareholders' agreements. Litigation work consisted of working closely with clients to manage the day to day activities of cases involving various areas of law including contract, construction, landlord/tenant, corporate, personal injury, family and estate planning.
